For more than 20 years, Danielle Peretz has lived, worked and volunteered in Studio City. During that time, she has bought, sold and renovated countless homes while providing real estate investment services for builders and luxury developers across Los Angeles.
Danielle joins the Beverly Hills Estates from Keller Williams, where she ranked in the top 5% of agents in the Valley. She received the 2019 and 2020 MVP Award, 2021 Top Agent Award and the 2020 & 2021 Chairman Award. While she has been very involved in the valley, West LA, and Hidden Hills communities, she has years of experience all over the city. Understanding that buying or selling a home is among the biggest financial decisions an individual will make, Danielle goes above and beyond for her clients, helping them navigate each challenge and opportunity while ensuring they are relaxed and informed every step of the way. Whether assisting a first-time buyer or seasoned investor, Danielle has proven a caring, tenacious advocate who makes her clients’ satisfaction her top priority—and never settles for less.
Danielle was born in Israel and moved to the U.S. with her family when she was 15. When she’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, volunteering with the local schools and playing golf. She supports St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Valley Friendship Circle and local schools.
